The Missionary Daughters of the Eternal Father is a religious congregation of women in the Roman Catholic Church whose members strive to be led and to be filled by the spirit of Jesus.
As St Paul says, God sent the Spirit of his son into our hearts, the spirit who calls out Abba Father’’. Gal 4.6
The missionary Daughters of the Eternal Father was founded by an American citizen nun Rev. Mother Ifeanyichukwu Mario-Francis Maduka (Born in Nigeria). She achieved this goal with the spiritual guide of Sr. Margaret Mary Seguin CSC, an American nun of the sisters of the Holy Cross through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit in response to the call of God, “The Eternal Father”. The congregation was founded on the 8th of December 2007 in the United States of America with her headquarter/formation house in the Catholic diocese of Koudougou in Burkina Faso under the spiritual care and direction of Bishop Joachim Ouedraogo, the Catholic Bishop of Koudougou Diocese in Burkina Faso who is also the Principle bishop of the congregation. The missionary daughters are known for the work of evangelization and they live a life of perfect charity through caring for the poor, the aged, sick priests/religious and providing care/education to abused young girls and the less privileged.
